I recently read about deep geological repositories — seems like they could be a solid long-term solution, as long as we avoid burying it next to any future theme parks! @leo_katz77, have you seen anything promising in terms of community engagement with these projects?
And you might find the idea of plasma-arc technology fascinating for waste treatment. It’s still in early stages, but I wonder if it could be scalable?
